What are my rights and responsibilities as a member of the association?
As a member, you have the opportunity to participate in the annual general meeting of the association. At the general meeting, the annual accounts will be discussed and approved, the board will be elected, and any other agenda items will be addressed.
Members are expected to uphold the interests of the association. Specifically, this means: Treating other members, all neurodivergent individuals, and people in general with respect.
Additionally, members are encouraged (but not required) to actively support the association—e.g., by (co-)organizing activities, handling administrative tasks, contributing helpful messages in chats, or financially.
What are the membership contributions used for?
Our expenses include software fees (e.g. website, Meetup.com), event-related expenses (rooms, snacks, materials) and other administrative expenses. As a member of the association, you will be invited to the annual general meeting, where you will see the annual income and expenses in more detail.
